General Camp Information

BOOSTER STATEMENT
It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any of the University of Oklahoma Sports Camps. Expenses include but are not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp tuition. Exception: Boosters may provide expenses for his/her immediate family members to attend any camps.

• For all camps a $75 discount will be offered to OU Athletics Employees and OU Athletics Alumni. 
• For all camps a $50 discount will be offered to OU Employees.

DISCIPLINE
The camp director reserves the right to dismiss anyone for any violations during camp. Tuition will not be refunded for any voluntary withdrawal or expulsion from Aaron Mansfield Volleyball Camp.

Aaron Mansfield Volleyball Camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

GYM LOCATION AND PARKING
All camps are hosted in McCasland Field House, circled in black on the map.

We have one lot of free parking, circled in red on the map. All other parking on the OU Campus requires a visitors permit.

REFUND POLICY:
Full refund will be granted if requested one month in advance or more. 50% refund will be granted for anyone cancelling within 30 days of camp.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
At this time, we will NOT require campers to show proof of vaccinations, face masks during camp, nor complete a daily wellness questionnaire like last summer.
